Digital Designs Terms of Use
By purchasing this design, you are agreeing to the following Allowable and Prohibited uses of Sweet Starlight Designs digital designs.
Allowable Uses:
- You may use any of my files for personal or small business use to print on a shirt, hat, tumbler, water bottles, coffee cups, scrapbooks, cards, etc.
Prohibited Uses:
- You are not allowed to sell more than 200 physical products without a commercial license!
- You are not allowed to share these files with friends or other sites. No exceptions! It is only for you!
- You may not sell my designs in any digital form, nor may they be used as a part of a new or different design that will be sold in digital or physical product form!
- You are not allowed to alter my design and claim it as your own!
- You are not allowed to alter my design to for a different purpose (example, alter my design to fit on a tumbler or add a background to it to put on a physical product or sold as a digital)!
- The only alteration you may make to my designs is to add a name for customization.
- Upload to any sharing site!
- Use my design on any print-on-demand sites!
- Copy or create similar items to sell as your own to get around these policies!
- Outsource designs to create products!
- Sell printed transfers, including but not limited to screen print, DTF, sublimation, HTV, stickers, decals, waterslides, etc! – You must purchase the Transfer License to sell printed transfer!
